Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 10wln ("Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the 10wln website located at https://10wln.cam, including all products, services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the 10wln platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 10wln platform.

These Terms are published in English. Where any other language version is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the registered profile created by a Player on the 10wln platform.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — non-withdrawable promotional credits granted subject to wagering requirements and individual promotion terms.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real money by the Player to their 10wln Account using an available payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and source-of-funds checks.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency for Pakistani users on the 10wln platform.
• "Platform" — the 10wln website, mobile interface, games, betting products and associated services operated at https://10wln.cam.
• "Wager" — any bet, spin or game stake placed by a Player using real-money or eligible bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of verified real-money funds from a Player's Account to their nominated payment method.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction from which the Operator does not accept registrations, as listed in the eligibility section or advised by support.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on 10wln, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your own jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing 10wln. 10wln reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account pending satisfactory verification. Any funds deposited by a person determined to be underage will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed, and no winnings will be paid.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction before opening an Account. 10wln does not represent that its services are lawful for residents of every country or territory. If you are a resident of a Prohibited Territory, you must not register or maintain an Account. Accounts opened from Prohibited Territories may be closed at any time and balances may be subject to applicable regulatory procedures.

Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. Players found to be operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — may have all accounts closed, balances forfeited and may be permanently excluded from the platform.

Personal Use Only

Accounts must be opened and used solely by the registered account holder for personal entertainment purposes. Accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person, used by a third party or used for commercial purposes including — but not limited to — matched betting services, arbitrage operations or on behalf of a business.

Account Registration & Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

10wln operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity and verification documents before making withdrawals, after reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time deemed necessary by 10wln's compliance team. Typical documentation required from Pakistani users includes:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming the document matches the account holder;
• Source of funds documentation where required by enhanced due-diligence procedures.

Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not submit sensitive documents through unsecured channels. 10wln will never ask for documents via social media, unverified WhatsApp accounts or unencrypted email.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in restriction of Account features, including suspension of withdrawal processing, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be made using payment methods displayed as available within your Account at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to the Operator's current payment integrations, applicable compliance requirements and the policies of individual payment providers.

Payment provider names familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. Their availability as deposit or withdrawal channels depends entirely on 10wln's current payment integrations and applicable regulatory requirements. 10wln does not claim that these providers endorse or support gambling, and availability may change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by 10wln and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

10wln does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 10wln accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved for processing. 10wln reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be offered subject to additional verification.

Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected, the Operator's internal review queue, and the policies of the receiving payment provider. 10wln does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Indicative timeframes are provided for reference only and may be subject to delay where enhanced due-diligence checks are required.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Account cashier and are subject to change. If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds will be returned to your Account Balance and you will be informed of the reason where permitted by applicable compliance obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

10wln may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are governed by these General Terms and by specific promotional terms published at the time of each offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in expiry and removal of the bonus funds.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 10wln reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused promotional terms, operated multiple Accounts or engaged in Prohibited Conduct may be excluded from future promotions.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through matched betting, arbitrage, the use of software tools or collusion — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 10wln reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings and close Accounts in such cases.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on sports, casino games, esports and any other product available on 10wln are subject to specific product rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that product.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 international series and bilateral ODI fixtures — are governed by 10wln's Cricket Betting Rules, which address abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, reduced-over games and result certification requirements. These rules are published within the sports betting section.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or verified data feed. 10wln reserves the right to correct any settlement error within a reasonable period after settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the Platform's server record, the server record shall be treated as authoritative.

System or Technical Failures

In the event of a technical error, system failure or game malfunction, 10wln reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and to return stakes to players. 10wln accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event and per product. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may vary by market, event size or account profile. 10wln reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC;
• Opening, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing errors for systematic gain;
• Attempting to launder money or circumvent anti-money-laundering controls through the Platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or abuse of promotions in violation of these Terms;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPNs, proxies or other obfuscation tools;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other players in any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

10wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity or criminal offence;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider;
• A request from a regulatory, law enforcement or financial intelligence authority;
• Technical security concerns requiring investigation;
• The Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, 10wln reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any pending promotions and withhold any balances in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance obligations. Where closure is for operational or security reasons unrelated to Player breach, verified real-money balances will be returned following completion of any required compliance review.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account or request self-exclusion should contact support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling section of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wln's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10wln shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or any gambling losses arising from use of the Platform, whether or not 10wln has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10wln does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond 10wln's reasonable control (including internet outages, network congestion and force majeure events) may affect Platform availability. 10wln accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in this section limits 10wln's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10wln Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, data feeds, product names and the "10wln" brand mark — is the intellectual property of 10wln or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from 10wln.

Privacy & Data

10wln collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes — but is not limited to — name, date of birth, residential address, national identity information (CNIC or passport), contact details, payment information and transaction history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support and, where consent has been given, direct marketing.

10wln does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud-prevention services and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gambling

10wln is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wln holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 10wln's internal disputes process shall be referred to the relevant competent authority or dispute resolution body specified in the applicable operating licence.

Nothing in this section is intended to, or shall, restrict any right you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Players in Pakistan are reminded that domestic gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may be applicable to them regardless of the operator's offshore licensing position.

Amendments to These Terms

10wln reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before accepting any new promotional offer or before making a significant deposit.
